Refund Policy
At OnlineNikah.pk, we are committed to delivering the services promised to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Service Guarantee
A 100% refund will be issued if OnlineNikah.pk fails to provide or complete the services committed to the client due to reasons solely attributable to OnlineNikah.pk.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations
No refund shall be payable if the client requests cancellation of the booked service.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request a change of date or time at least 48 hours before the scheduled Nikah. OnlineNikah.pk will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests without additional charges, subject to availability.
If a rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled Nikah, rescheduling charges may apply.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds shall be processed within 21 working days from the date of approval and shall be returned through the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method.
5. Completion of Nikah
No refund shall be issued once the Nikah ceremony has been successfully conducted.
6. Failure to Provide Required Information
No refund shall be issued if the client fails to provide the required documents, information, consents, or cooperation necessary for the completion of the booked service.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated, applied for, or completed:
– NADRA Marriage Registration
– MOFA Attestation
– Apostille Attestation
– Embassy Attestation
– Any government fees, courier charges, translation charges, legalization fees, or third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client
8. Policy Changes
OnlineNikah.pk reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website.
